NATIONWIDE PIE & BAKERY SHIPPING PAUSE
Why did you pause shipping pies and other bakery items?
We are pausing our online shop for the summer, but we’ll be back in the fall! We ship our pies frozen with no preservatives, so as temperatures rise throughout the country, it becomes difficult to ship everything cold. Make sure you’re signed up for our eclub so you’ll be notified when we reopen the shop!
What if I placed an order for delivery during the Summer when you have paused shipping?
Your order will ship on time! We are not accepting new orders, however we will fulfill all orders for their original designated delivery date.
Is there anything on your site that I can purchase during the Summer?
Yes! We have Pie Club Subscriptions and physical gift cards available. Both of these must be redeemed in a local Polly's location.
ORDERING
Can I place a pickup order for bake at home products?
We have select bake at home pies available for pickup here.
Can I remove items in my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change items in an order once it has been placed. If you'd like to remove an item, please let us know within 24 hours after your order was placed. After 24 hours have passed, we are unable to issue a partial refund.
Where is my order confirmation email?
We often find that confirmation emails go straight to a spam or junk folder. Make sure you check there! If you still don't see it, please reach out to themarketplace@pollyspies.com.
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to themarketplace@pollyspies.com within 24 hours after your order was placed to cancel. After 24 hours have passed, we are unable to cancel orders.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States! We are not currently shipping outside of the US.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if this happened! Please email themarketplace@pollyspies.com so we can look into this for you!
What days do you deliver?
We pack and ship orders Monday-Wednesday.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include an actual delivery address at checkout. If you include a P.O. Box as your address, we will get in touch to update to an actual shipping address. If we don't hear back in a timely manner, there may be delays to shipping your package.
What do I do with leftover dry ice in my package?
Please be very careful and do NOT touch the dry ice directly. We recommend leaving the dry ice in the sun to melt.
BAKING- BAKE AT HOME PIES
Do I need to thaw my pies before baking them?
Nope! Our pies can go straight into the oven!
I received my pie and it's thawed. What do i do?
You can either throw the pie into the oven or back into the freezer! It is completely safe to re-freeze.
How long do my bake at home pies last?
If your pie stays frozen, we recommend keeping them for up to 6 months. If the pie has started to thaw, we recommend baking right away and enjoying in 1-2 days. We do not add preservatives to our pies, so they're best eaten when fresh!
What is the best way to store my pies?
As soon as you receive your package, place your pie in the freezer if you won't be baking right away. If you're ready to bake, go ahead and pop the pie in the oven! After eating, you can keep the pie on the counter or refrigerate. Depends on your preference!
