  • We ask that you please inspect all contents of your package to check for damaged goods.
  • To return or exchange items in your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at themarketplace@pollyspies.com.
  • For a return, we ask that you please include all contents of the package you received including goods, packaging, invoice slip, etc.
  • Guest will pay for return shipping.
  • After 72 hours have passed, we will be unable to process any returns or exchanges.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
