We ask that you please inspect all contents of your package to check for damaged goods.
To return or exchange items in your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at themarketplace@pollyspies.com.
For a return, we ask that you please include all contents of the package you received including goods, packaging, invoice slip, etc.
Guest will pay for return shipping.
After 72 hours have passed, we will be unable to process any returns or exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
