• Step 1: Choose from a 3, 6, or 12-month subscription. You’ll now be able to choose any of our famous pies! Does not include fresh fruit pies or cheesecakes.

• Step 2: Enter your recipient's email address in the special instructions box before you add the item to your cart! They’ll receive an email with a barcode on the first of every month in their subscription and must be redeemed in the month valid. These won’t roll over into the following months, so hurry in!

• Step 3: Pick out your pie! Can redeem in-store at any Polly’s location during the month valid. Pies will not be sent through the mail. All monthly pies must be picked up at a Polly’s Pies location.

Pie Club Subscription

The person I gifted the pie club subscription to, didn't receive notification and I had to email to find out when he would receive the first one. The personalized message was never sent out, even with the first pie coupon. It was meant as a gift for a special occasion. Since the subscription didn't start until the first of the following month, the personalized message should have been sent at time of purchase in time for the holiday it was purchased for. Also, upon receiving the first pie coupon, it states that fresh fruit pies are excluded, which is disappointing.

Clearer program details needed

Love the idea of the Pie of the Month club and looking forward to trying it. Details on exactly how the club works is needed. Since this was a gift (Father’s Day), it would have been nice for the recipient to receive an email on that day (or whatever day is specified) with info on how the club works. He did not receive anything, and I was not aware that the program starts on the 1st of each month. Also, initially, I was unable to put in the recipients email address and it took someone emailing me to find out where to send it. There should be a field on the order to enter the recipients email and info. Other than that, I think it will be great.
