THE DEETS

  • Quiches are 9" diameter.
  • Quiche Feeds 6+ (depends on how you slice it!)
  • Enjoy quiches within 3 days and keep refrigerated after baking. Good in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • Cinnamon Rolls are good in the freezer for up to 6 months.
  • Shipped frozen with dry ice. 
  • Keep frozen until ready to bake.

Returns & Exchanges- Polly's Marketplace Items

  • We ask that you please inspect all contents of your package to check for damaged goods.
  • To return or exchange items in your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at themarketplace@pollyspies.com.
  • For a return, we ask that you please include all contents of the package you received including goods, packaging, invoice slip, etc.
  • Guest will pay for return shipping.
  • After 72 hours have passed, we will be unable to process any returns or exchanges.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • If you experience shipping delays or any other issues with your order, we are here to help! Please email themarketplace@pollyspies.com so we can assist.

Returns & Exchanges- Bake at Home Pies

  • We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for Bake at Home pies. 
  • Should you find any incorrect or missing items in your order or any damaged goods, please let us know right away! Email themarketplace@pollyspies.com within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • We are not able to refund orders if notified past 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping

We ship out orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays for both marketplace items and Bake at Home items. All orders received after 2 pm on Wednesday will ship on the following Monday. We do not ship on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

Marketplace items are shipped using UPS Ground unless express shipping has been paid for by the guest. Bake at Home items are shipped using UPS 2 Day Air Shipping. Any non-perishable items, coffee, and jams are shipped separately from Bake at Home items and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
